These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zenith, a social media management platform operated by Signimus Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Zenith, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zenith lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts you connect, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

2. Your Accounts & Authorization

• You must own, or be authorized to manage, any social account you connect to Zenith.
• You authorize Zenith to publish content to the accounts you connect, on your behalf, at the times you schedule.
• You are responsible for the content you publish through Zenith.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Zenith to publish unlawful, infringing, spam, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or platform policies of connected services.
• You must comply with the terms of each social platform you connect.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Zenith relies on third-party APIs (including Meta Platforms). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective platform’s terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions of those platforms.

5. Data & Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Zenith is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signimus Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zenith after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
